The coin shown is the SCBC 3600 with 'E' below the bust. There are some variations (see SCBC 3601 and 3602). Some 1708 coins are 1708/7 overdate (ie 1707 coins altered by the Mint to read 1708).
The Obverse, by John Croker, shows a bust of Queen Anne facing left. The Edinburgh mint mark 'E' is below the bust.The Reverse, by Johann Ochs, shows crowned cruciform shields. Dated 1708.
The edge shows the regnal date.
