The 2022 The Snowman and the Snowdog Silver 50p ProofThe Royal Mint has continued its tradition of Christmas coins with the 2022 version of the Snowman, this time with the Snowdog.
The 50p coins are minted as BU, colourised BU (Limited Edition mintage 8,500), Silver Proof (Colour, LE 5,000) and Gold Proof (LE 125).
The reverse, by illustrator and animator Robin Shaw, shows Snowman holding Snowdog against a wintery background of snow and trees.
