165AD Denarius – Lucius Verus / Parthian captive - Silver Denarius of the Roman Emperor Lucius Verus, minted in 165AD at the Rome mint. Lucius had run a successful campaign in the East against the Parthians and this coin shows a Parthian captive on the reverse.
