Standing Liberty Quarter
The Standing Liberty Quarter was minted 1916-1930. The coin was designed by Hermon A MacNeil and you can see his initial 'M' on the right of the date. If a mint mark is present then it is just to the left of the date. Variety 1, 1916-1917, there is no stars below the eagle. Variety 2, 1917-1930, there are three stars below the eagle.
