Henry VI was King of England from 1422 to 1461 and again from 1470 to 1471. He was the disputed King of France from 1422 to 1453.
Henry was born to Henry V of England and Catherine of Valois (their only child) on 6 December 1421 at Windsor. He became King aged just 9 months. He reigned from 6 December 1421 until 21 May 1471 but in two reigns (1422-1461 and 1470-1471). He died at the Tower of London on 21 May 1471.
