The 2022 50 Pence - The Snowman and the Snowdog BUThe Royal Mint has continued its tradition of Christmas coins with the 2022 version of the Snowman, this time with the Snowdog. This is the BU coin.
The 50p coins are minted as BU, colourised BU (Limited Edition mintage 8,500), Silver Proof (Colour, LE 5,000) and Gold Proof (LE 125).
The reverse, by illustrator and animator Robin Shaw, shows Snowman holding Snowdog against a wintery background of snow and trees.
