The 2022 Commonwealth Games Silver 50p Proof ColourTo commemorate the 2022 Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham (UK), a range of 50p coins were released. They all carry the logo of the Games. There is a BU 50p, then four colourised coins with a privy mark for each individual country of the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each country's coin has a its own packaging.
Plus Silver Proof, Silver Proof Piedfort, Gold Proof. Also available as a set. These coins are available (subject to stock) from the Royal Mint Shop.
This is the Silver Proof. 4,000 were released as a Limited Edition.
