The 2021 Five Pound Coin - Through the Looking-Glass (BU)Five Pounds version and the second coin from the Royal Mint’s Treasury of Tales collection.
Through the Looking-Glass is a book published in 1871 by Lewis Carrol (a pseudonym of Charles Dodgson). It followed on from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (written six years earlier) and in the sequel Alice once again entered a fantasy land, this time through a mirror. In the fantasy land everything is reversed.
This coin is a BU coin denominated as £5. There is also a colourised version of this coin. In the series there is a one-ounce silver proof (colourised), half-ounce silver proof (not colourised) and gold coins were also minted.

The edge is milled.
