1926 Gold Sovereign Sydney

The 1926 Gold Sovereign - Sydney Mint

The small letter 'S' above the date indicates the sovereign was produced in the Sydney Mint in Australia.

The 1926 Sydney Sovereign depicts Benedetto Pistrucci’s famous portrayal of St George slaying the dragon on the reverse of the coin.
